The following assessors' information is provided as a public service of the Real Property in Stoughton. The Board of Assessors has received certification of all real and personal property values for Fiscal Year 2025. Valuation changes were based on market conditions and sales in the past few years. Single family dwelling valuations were based on arms length sales from calendar year 2023.

The 2025 residential tax rate is currently $12.38 per thousand of valuation
The 2025 commercial rate is $20.54 per thousand of valuation
